Strategic Sports Recognized at Decathlon World Partners Forum
Last week, we had the privilege of attending the Decathlon World Partners Forum at Decathlon's headquarters in Lille, France. The event brought together nearly 400 attendees from over 15 countries, including more than 50 top suppliers—a true testament to the strength and reach of Decathlon’s global network.
Our partnership with Decathlon spans nearly a decade, and it was an honor to reflect on the milestones we've achieved together. A highlight of the event was a special video showcasing the events and projects we've collaborated on over the years.
As Managing Director Norman Cheng shared, “Our partnership with Decathlon has positively shaped us and our business in many ways. The trust and collaboration we've built together have helped drive innovation and operational excellence across our production lines.”
Strategic Sports was also proud to take center stage during the forum. Our own Robert He presented on the success of our OPEX (Operational Excellence) program, reinforcing our position as a key partner for Decathlon. Being selected to share insights with Decathlon’s global partner network reflects the strength of our relationship and the value we bring to the table.
It was exciting to see that much of Decathon’s focus for the future will be on sustainability, which is the same for Strategic Sports.

While events like this are powerful, our day-to-day work with Decathlon’s production teams keeps the momentum going year-round. As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue building on this foundation and tackling the challenges of the next decade together.
